Airfield Foreman Orlando, FL OR Baxley, GA Field Operations

Lead field crews installing, maintaining, and repairing airfield navigational aid systems, including runway lights, taxiway signage, PAPIs, rotating beacons, and mid- to high-voltage systems. You’ll coordinate daily operations, communicate with project stakeholders, and make sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Full-time, typically no weekend work. Must be able to travel during the week in FL or GA.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience, including airfield systems work and experience with concrete forms and pours. Proficiency with PAPIs, familiarity with NAVAIDS and VORs, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Install, maintain, and repair the electrical systems behind airfield navigational aids, from runway lights, taxiway signage, and PAPIs to rotating beacons and mid- to high-voltage systems. This role also involves a significant amount of concrete civil work. Full-time, typically 40–60 hours per week with no weekend work. Must be able to travel during the week in FL or GA.

Requirements: 1–2+ years of experience, including hands-on airfield systems work and experience with concrete forms and pours. Familiarity with NAVAIDS, PAPIs, and VORs, plus a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience running a mini excavator, skid steer, or trencher is a plus.

Operate crane boom trucks and derrick/auger trucks on Trinity’s electrical projects. You’ll support field crews, run heavy equipment with precision, and help keep every job site safe and productive from start to finish. Full-time, typically no weekend work. Must be able to travel during the week in FL or GA.

Requirements: prior experience operating both a crane boom truck and a derrick/auger truck, a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred for some positions), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors around moving equipment and active construction. Crane certification, MUSCO lighting experience, and pole lighting installation experience at airports, ports, or sports stadiums are a plus.
